Dover Sun Park

• Hodsoll, as VP for Pace Global, led the development on behalf of his
  client Dover DE for a $50 million, 10-megawatt solar power plant. His
  team negotiated five-party Power Purchase Agreements, Lease, and
  Interconnect; conducted market and financial analyses including 25-year
  electricity prices, capacity value, ancillary services value, and REC
  prices; and negotiated the legislative and regulatory arenas.
• The project required agreements between Dover, DE, LS Power,
  Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation and Delmarva Power. In
  addition, Delaware passed legislation to allow the SRECs to be banked
  for a period sufficient to minimize the impact to the market. The plant
  was commissioned in August 2011
